For Milla, I think Taylor Warren would work very nicely. She’s a model, and has coloring similar to Milla’s, as well as facial features that are similar, just skinnier. Taylor Momsen has different coloring, but I feel like she could work, too. Pauley Perrette could also work- but Pauley is older than both Taylors. I don’t know what age range you’re looking for, so she might just work!

As for Mia, I think Anna Torv would work beautifully for an older sister. Dakota Fanning might work for a younger sister, and Dakota Blue Richards’ nose reminds me of Mia’s. For more suggestions, you should check out our Mia Wasikowska tag.

For Kaya Scodelario, since her brother on Skins was played by Nicholas Hoult, I would suggest Willa Holland. Another, younger female suggestion would be Dakota Fanning, who, though she has a different coloring, has a very similar face shape.

For brothers, I would suggest Freddie Highmore, who has a pretty wide age range, since he was a child actor and is eighteen now. For a brother on the older end of the spectrum, Jensen Ackles is a possibility, and he could play characters from early to late twenties, or early thirties. I hope one of these works for you!
